all HelpWire features for free without any limits as part of our tech preview. We're focused on building a strong remote support experience, and offering it for free helps us gather feedback, grow our user base, and iterate faster. You can follow what we are building on
our roadmap.
We're backed by our parent company,
Electronic Team, Inc., whose successful product line allows us to keep HelpWire ad-free and fully supported for now.
In the future, we plan to introduce paid features, but the core features will remain free without nag screens or session cutoffs. And don’t worry, we’ll give you plenty of notice before anything changes.
